Yes but west Asian and east med are related components. I would expect original slavs to also carry traces of this. It's surprising to me if they don't. Still sometimes I wonder if the original slavs already were broken up into some different groups. Maybe more northern slavs in Slavic Homeland were Baltic and southern type were Ukrainian more.
