Do I understand correctly that my current averages were pasted to "smaller regions" sheet and that's where they are expected to be updated moving forward?
And the usual old sheet is now meant for bigger regions? Perhaps that can be mentioned in the name of the sheet to make it clear.
If my usual averages are by region, then these will be geographic to avoid any confusion between similar names.
Here are averages for the bigger regions sheet. This is not enough to cover the diversity found in each region, but if you want to limit, then that's one way to do it and still have averages that capture the genetic profiles found in Romanians.

For Republic of Moldova - North, Centre and South is enough as they are all distinct enough. You can remove the national average since it's close to Centre.
