You should order AncestryDNA since it's still using the old chip with the most SNPs, so you'll get a more accurate gedmatch reading that way. However, that might probably change in the near future and in that case it won't matter so much which company you choose, but 23andMe has the advantage of having the most users/samples and frequent updates.Quote:

It is still very low. They dropped in quality. Maybe this poor new chip is reason both my parents cluster oddly SE from me. I tested with much superior 23andme V4.Quote:
