Just to answer your question, it is racist that you think East European women are easy for non-White men.
First things first, you have to keep in mind that human trafficking is a huge problem in eastern europe (russia and ukraine in particular).
Secondly, eastern europeans are much more prone to be racist and right-wing. Thus, making them more likely to only date white people.
