The difference I noticed is small South Asian noise (0.2-0.4%).
The other is quite similar to old IllustrativeDNA.

I tried Global mode, instead West Balkan.

Mine pre-Slavic component is very southern, that calculator prefere Byzantine Anatolian over Romanized Balkans.
