It depends. First of all it depends like which type of coordinates do you have (simulated, Davidski, IllustrativeDNA) and on which type of coordinates the actual coordinates of ethnicities are based. So usually you can spot that you have certain similarities in distance when you do use your unscaled coordinates for unscaled coordinates for your type (like you have Davidski G25 unscaled and calculator is based of the same type of coordinates) or scaled, same for ancients. Like if you understand / remember the distance for yup unscaled and scaled coordinates with coordinate sheets of your type (the most matching ones, the closet in case of modern, best result) by using critical thinking you can spot which coordinate sheets / calculator are designed for unscaled (raw) coordinates, which are for scaled. And which are not for your type of G25 (like IllustrativeDNA, when your coordinates are by Davidski), I can't really say how to spot simulated coordinates besides them having the word sim or simulated in their name, and by some analysis maybe.
The difference is Raw or Unscaled coordinates might be better for modern coordinates (still there are a lot scaled modern calculators, because scaled coordinates are the filtered version of unscaled). Scaled coordinates are better for ancient coordinates. That's what I've heard, I never checked it by myself with some deep analysis.
