Seems interesting but somethings not quite right, I normally get over 1% in both African in east Eurasian admixture.

North Atlantic is mainly Cornwall(31) + SW Scotland(4) & Utah(9).

North Sea is Kent..South East England(36).

My Western Europe would be.. North_Atlantic(West Britain), North_Sea(East England), French, Basque, Iberian & Italian(North Italy & Tuscany).
