Results seem to be very similar to the manual runs. Although i now have the chance to see what the phased data files look like which is interesting.

I don't know if there's anything interesting about mine.
You probably know already, but "by chromosome" calculations are available through DIYDodecad too.
Int he .par files, like "admix.par", change the parameter "genomewide" to "bychr".
On a sidenote, it seems gedmatch is down...maybe the masses trying out K36 kiled it :D
