Damn, quite a lot of members(more than I expected) work out, good job for all the champs who find strength to keep consistency for a gym
I tried bodybuilding last summer, but I found it very boring. I'd rather play basketball or something fun and sportive.
Basketball is my work-out.
I do weightlifting.
Running. Can run 10 km without break at an average pace of 5:40/km. But I have moments when I feel totally winded, barley grasping for air; depends on the day.
Also, I sometimes do some light kettlebell exercises for legs and abs.

I do my workout through work.
I mostly do weight lifting, and slow-tempo running. Normally, I would do cycling instead of running, but my bike got stolen.
