Central Asia has been inhabited by Turkic peoples such as Uzbeks, Kazakhs, Turkmens and Kyrgyz for centuries, yet Mongoloid admixture came there with European Russians who are ~5% East Eurasian on average. LOL. I've never heard such a retarded claim before.

Since the very beginning ethnic Russians started to mix with the Mongoloid/Turkic people in Central Asia. Russians have a very long history with the Mongoloid people.
After Ivan Grozny many Turkic speaking people were assimilated into the Russian ethnicity and became Russians. All those folks Russians assimilated in Kazan, Astrakhan, Sibir, Crimea were all ethnic speaking Mongoloid Turks. During this type of conquests, Russians spread their DNA in Central Asia
