Eurogenes K13 results La_Brana-1 hunter-gatherer from mesolithic Iberia. Both North European-likeness compared to modern Iberians and East Eurasian shift is clearly visible. I expect that Mesolithic Swedish hunter-gatherers would turn out like this too.
North Atlantic 37.24
Baltic 44.07
West Med 0.3
West Asian 0
East Med 0
Red Sea 0
South Asian 0.02
East Asian 10.24
Siberian 2.46
Amerindian 0.42
Oceanian 5.24
Northeast African 0
Sub-Saharan 0
This mesolithic would be a mixture more or less equal of Paleolithic european (baltic) and first neolithic invasor (North atlantic)
Where did you get the K13 results La_Brana-1. Any K15?
It looks different to any other European population.
Got the K13 numbers from Polako's blog.
He doesn't cluster with modern Europeans or Siberians on Europe+Siberia PCA, though he is between Tatars and Kargopol Russians in Dimension 1 - the dimension that catches the most variation and shows the difference between Siberians and Europeans. Dimension 2 in that PCA probably shows Middle Eastern influence given Bedouins are opposite to La_Brana-1, who is far beyond all Europeans.
He is between Kargopol Russians and Tatars on the global PCA too, this time in both dimensions. Hopefully there'll be further analysis.
