No one from GIGADB , even this labeled Deep gives any result after conversion (no snps :). Still better samples from Wielbark are on ENA.

are these the old files?

kow24 has only 6 MB here, and 152 MB on GIGADB. the gigadb version should have at least all of the snps which the old version has.

did you check if they are in a different build (hg17, hg18)?

What was under my link was from Verenich convertion.


I tried all four options fro GigaDB files (normally for bam files I didn't get such info so they are somewhat fucked up) :)
