A little historical perspective about Csángós. Even if living rather close to one another there are two types of them: Moldavian Csángós, who are the Medieval Hungarian population of Moldavia, who mixed with Moldavians, Eastern Slavs and probably Cumans, and there are Gyimesi Csángós, who are in majority Székelys that migrated into Moldavia in the 18th century, and mixed with local Moldavian Csángós. I wonder how sure it is that the Csango_Gyimes sample in K13 is really of the Gyimesi type and not of the Moldavian type?
