Dear Mr. *****,
Thank you for contacting us. My name is S****i, and I'd be happy to assist you.
I understand that you sent DNA samples MH****** & MH****** to the lab on April 30th, and you haven't heard from the lab.
We have a 6-week policy. Meaning that it can take up to 6 weeks since sending your samples to the laboratory until it is scanned.
Let's give it one more week. If you don't hear from the lab in one week's time then it would appear that your DNA kits have most likely been lost in transit. Issues such as these can be extremely frustrating and I apologize for the inconvenience. MyHeritage has very little control over how the postal service delivers your kit, and in some cases, items may be lost or delayed for various reasons.
In any case, if you do not hear from the lab in a week's time, please reply back to this email verifying your shipping address as I would like to arrange for two free replacement kits to be sent out to you.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to reply to this email and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Wishing you a lovely week.
Kind regards,
S****i
