Proud of my ethnicity sounds a bit fucked up, especially since it's the balkans and it's such a mixed bag of degeneracy for the most part. I do love being Albanian though and that's just what I am, the same way a cat is a cat and a dog is a dog, I'm an Albanian. Gotta separate myself. Of course this opinion is only valid until I do my first genetic test which might show that I have some other admixture in which case an identity crisis will happen but that's then and now is now.
I'm not proud of belonging to an ethnicity. That itself doesn't mean a lot, as there are diverse groups and qualities within it.
Don't forget that modern ethnic states are artificial.
nobody chose and İ also didnt choose but I am happy to be Türk. The identity, ethnicity itself is strong, it's like an ideology to be Türk.
I'm very proud of my ethnicity
I was until they start behaving like nutless liberal WIMPS. I cannot stomach awarding the Nobel Peace prize, of which they are the custodians, to a man who had done NOTHING AT ALL, neither good nor bad, at the time; having no means of punishing (EEK, not Punishing {shudder}, rehabilitating) a mass murderer except to sentence him to 21 years in prison (in lieu of DEATH or life imprisonment) ; releasing an arsonist and murderer because he was a popular rock star; and fearing to mention their own accomplishments lest they make those with inferior accomplishments feel bad .
ARE THESE THE HEIRS OF THE VIKINGS ?, these miserable, puling, apologetic non-entities ? BAH !
Why i shouldn't? Only those who have inferiority complex aren't proud.
Hell yes I am proud of my ethnicity.
