I think you should pick only Ottoman_MA2195 instead of both. MA_2196 has Anatolian ancestry because she scores a lot Med unlike MA2195.

I think that removing outlier samples makes models more accurate. That's why I do not make models using averages anymore. So, she can use DA89 instead of averages, I believe.

Which company did you test with? It should be easy to find through your DNA Relatives if it's real or not, provided that you tested with either 23andme or MyHeritage.

I did MyHeritage, will get a 23andme kit for Easter when it's on sale (I hope). I know my ancestors up to the great-great-grandparents, none had any German names or possible ancestry.

I also didn't find any necessary huge difference in matches:
