This kit is half West Ukrainian and half Moldovan/Romanian from R. Moldova. On the Ukrainian side there's also Polish admix, while on the Moldovan they are not sure if one great-grandparent was also Moldovan because of the Slavic-specific forename, which still looks pretty Moldovan to me since there are 3.8k of such names in the country. Judging by the K13 results, she scores close to the average of people that I know who are half Moldovan and half Slavic, be it Ukrainian or Russian.

Funny how she's Moldovan and Western Ukrainian, yet still speaks Russian. They all do when necessary. When not they will pretend they can't.

On Dodecad she's actually only a tiny bit more Southern than the new IF average

She's not from IF though, but on the border with Slovakia, so probably Zakarpatiya. I am not sure if people there score like those in IF, but the Polish admix must be pulling her a bit to the North compared to the IF average, while the Moldovan side pushes to the South, and so overall she lands close to the IF average.

Fits like a glove ;)

Transcarpathian oblast, Ivano-Frankovsk (at least the southern part if not the capital city) and Chernovtsy might be more or less identical (obviously including minor or individual variations).

My merged kit (23andme + LivingDNA + MyHeritage) follows a similar pattern by the way, where it inflates North Atlantic and gives me Hungarians as close populations.

The guy from above is tested on MyHeritage however, so that does not occur because of the company the test was conducted with. It seems that sometimes K13 struggles with North Atlantic to Baltic differentiation. This is similar to how I noticed happens with East Med and Red Sea in some cases. Some users receive an abnormally low East Med and that gets compensated with an abnormally high Red Sea and in some cases also North African.
