Thanks for posting all these Croats from Gedmatch. Its visible that there are pockets of the Croatian population which obviously arent as slavicized as others. The Zagreb one from the last page must be a migrant no?

His surname is native to Zagreb region, even first name is common there, same as Ph2ter who is from nearby area. But genetically he seems southern influenced.
Honestly, this is much more random than I tought. You have very Slavic and very Balkan shifted individuals in almost every region, hard to make any conclusion except that we faced lot of internal migrations due to turbulent history.
Too bad northern regions like Međimurje, Podravina or Baranja are terra incognita when it comes to autosomal DNA, I actually never saw samples from there.
Croat whose surname is listed as native to Lika and predating Ottoman era. It doesn't sound very Slavic, but his score is.

@Feiichy, would you say the old Davidski average with 36% Baltic and 27% NA is unrepresentative for Croatia as a whole? It's very Northern and for it to be an AVERAGE most samples used must have been in that range or even higher.
Yes, it's representative only for capital Zagreb where mix with Central Europeans is common and most Croats are from NW anyway. It's also Germanic influenced, average Croats don't have this.
Baltic average should be 30-32 in my view, but people in that range are actually not most common I think, rather there are many in 33-35 range and in 27-29 so it's kind of a midpoint.
My father who is full Croat by blood is 32% Baltic, and he should be very representative because he has ancestry both from southern (mainly) and northern (minority) regions.
He is almost 29% North Atlantic though, that is above Croatian average.

Female which carry noble Serbian surname from White Carniola.
I am not sure, too many samples to remember all of their surnnames.
I found other kit with same surname which is 39% Baltic and plots almost like southern Pole. They seem to be mixed. However, there are other Lika Croats with similar results I posted today (Došen and Milković)
I think this person is a Serb, bur surname sounds very Macedonian (Djordevski). His first name sound Serb, there are some Serbs in Croatia with such surname.
