I don't consider myself an Iberian.
I can't speak Spanish, I never learned it.
I was born in France, I live in France, and I am a French citizen.
The only language I can speak is French.
(And I use google translation to speak english on this forum).

Well, you are genetically Iberian. I am not talking about culture, language or birthplace. Algerians born in France and speaking French are still genetically Algerian.
