That is kind of weird for you; probably nothing, especially since you say it's under "Low" confidence. I mean, it also says you're English, as well :p
Maybe it's because gypsies are partially southeastern European genetically?
A daily reminder that Balkan Gypsies are only about 1/3 Pajeet.
In the green dot of Spain they have put a great variety of gypsies from Eastern Europe, many Spanish users are surprised because they have not been given the necessary socio-cultural conditions and there is not enough time for such a feat, nor do they have family oral tradition, nor documents to prove it.
So it must be a My Heritage screw-up.
In general I wouldn't take these groups too seriously.
With MyHeritage tested kit I get Romania, which is fine and another group for Poles and South Italians in Poland, Italy and Chicago. The latter makes zero sense. With the 23andme upload, I receive Romania and then East Slavic group and French in France. East Slavic I understand, but French in France doesn't add up. Mom for example doesn't receive Ukrainians in Moldova group, but instead it is noticed in my father who doesn't have documented Ukrainian ancestry. My brother receives Germans in Saxony and Hannover if I'm not mistaken, which again appears out of the blue.
I thing it is from her paternal Bosnian Muslim side.
Most common surnames in this genetic group are Muslim ones.

And among top places is Prijedor, town that is close to Dubica where her Muslim ancestors lived.
