Where is Jürgen (Kata)Klinsmann?
My favorite German football-player besides Neuer (I doubt the Russian Yashin was better than him) and Kahn.
But ok, probably there are enough south Germans with Beckenbauer and Matthäus.
I probably would score some % of "Kroos" (East German), a great player, maybe not a legend for ones. Or some % of "Klose", the Pole whose paternal side is of German-Silesian origin, so German-Polish.

Very reasonable assumption. Although he is from the south of Brazil and there are some considerably isolated populations (the settlers), his city (Pato Branco) is not very small. So the chances of him having some relevant Portuguese ancestor are considerable.
