Makes sense I'd reckon, that's far enough North in France to account for my 3/4th British Islander ancestry, and also accounts for my 1/4th Continental Euro ancestry (most of which is German) pulling me out of the UK/setting me apart from full blooded British Islanders.

Hmm, Barreldriver links to the same blog post. I got the loc list from the bottom of the blog post. Apparently it is a loc list for some kind of dual ancestry analysis. Not quite sure what is it but it would explain the abnormalities I saw. :thumbs upQuote:

I don't understand why there aren't more people posting their DNA results. For a European forum with I guess hundreds or thousands of members, there are less than a dozen people, or less than half a dozen, posting DNA results. That is baffling.
