There were less Serbs killed in Kosova by UçK than Bosniaks killed by Mladic in Srebrenica alone, there is no parallel. Also, when did this become about Kosova? It's about Mladic's crimes against Bosniaks and Croats.

There was no significant Serbs in Slovenia. Its classic conflict between state army and separatistic rebels. BTW Comander of JNA in Slovenian conflict was Slovenian Konrad Kolšek.

No , you are talking to someone who did experience the war here ...
What crimes ? Kosovo government was always open to discuss about such things but still this day it has never been proven that they did what you say.
You can't say the same about Serbian government who still deny what they did and still hide massive graves of Albanians in Serbia , same with Bosniaks . There were even cases when Kosovo Serbs who were victims of Serbia like "Panda Bar massacre" for example which was done by Serbs in order for the KLA to appear as a terrorist organisation .
Btw the so called KLA terrorists as you say were supported by your country not to mention that they recognize Kosovo too..
I will answer you with two previous posts I've done:
As for Portugal, Portugal is a NATO member and will always follow Washington's narrative just like most of its members. Thankfully I am not obliged to it anda can think on my own.
Dick Marty fairy tales never had any evidence to prove there was something true about it.

"The fact is that there is no evidence whatsoever in this case," said Matti Raatikainen, head of the war crimes unit of Eulex, the European Law and Justice Mission in Kosovo.
"No bodies. No witnesses. All the reports and media attention to this issue have not been helpful to us. In fact they have not been helpful to anyone."
The main problem, he said, was that the scandal created by the allegations has distracted attention from the real work of finding the remains of 1,861 people still missing from the war and its aftermath, and prosecuting their killers - in Serbia, Kosovo and Albania.

Kosovo War crimes witness intimidation and deaths
"According to Carla Del Ponte, the former ICTY prosecutor, "the investigation of the Kosovo Liberation Army fighters appeared to be the most frustrating of all the investigations done by the ICTY", and stated "witnesses were so afraid and intimidated that they even feared to talk about the KLA presence in some areas, not to mention actual crimes".
[1] She further stated that "I am convinced that UNMIK and even KFOR officers were afraid for their lives and the lives of their missions’ members. I think some of the ICTY judges were afraid that they would become a target for the Albanians" and believes that witness intimidation seriously affected the acquitting verdicts against KLA officials Fatmir Limaj and Ramush Haradinaj.[1]
Numerous witnesses did change their testimonies during trials, while others were killed or mysteriously disappeared.[1] Avni Zogiani, leader of an anti-corruption nongovernmental organization in Kosovo, said "Intimidation and even killings of witnesses are nothing new or shocking in Kosovo".[2] EULEX prosecutor Charles Hardaway said that "Witness intimidation, not only in war crimes but in other cases too, is happening from people with high competencies in government who are powerful".[3] According to Belgian author Jelle Janssens, it was reported that judges and prosecutors became terrified at the mention of high-ranking KLA officers or politicians in case files.[1] Del Ponte asserts that there were serious abuses of witnesses in Kosovo local criminal proceedings, and also alleged that UNMIK leaked sensitive information about witnesses to defendants, which UNMIK denied but later admitted that it had stopped some investigations into high-level perpetrators due to political reasons.[1] The Humanitarian Law Center concluded that a large number of acquittals were due to witnesses changing their stories, suspecting intimidation.[3]
A bomb was placed under the car of a witness in 2002, and in 2003, witness Tahir Zemaj was murdered in Peć after testifying against a senior KLA official, while Sadik Musaj and Ilir Selamaj, witnesses at the same trial, were also killed.[1] Kujtin Berisha was run over in Montenegro, Bekim Mustafa and Auni Elezaj were shot dead.[4] Kosovo policemen Sabaheta Tava and Isuk Hakljaja were found dead in a burnt car.[4] Agim Zogaj, a former KLA commander turned witness, was found dead in 2011.[2] He was a key witness in the case against Fatmir Limaj.[4] A potential witness to the Klečka killings feared for his safety and decided not to testify, following news of Zogaj's death.[5] In 2016, former KLA local commander Bedri Curri was shot dead,[6] and in 2017 his daughter was killed in a car crash, the two deaths linked in Kosovo media to Curri's planning to testify against KLA crimes.[7]"
