Chinese population supersize causes curious results in haplogroup numbers.
China has a tiny minority of haplogroup N but they're approx. 45 million. While in Russia they number some 13 million. N is Russia's 2nd haplogroup!
Finland has only 1.5 million. Even though it's the most common haplogroup in a country with little Y-DNA diversity.
There are like 25 million haplogroup D carriers in Japan, the only place with absolute and relative big numbers at the same time.
China, where hg D is residual, has 13.5 million just like that.
