OK, let me break it down to you: I would happily trade $1,000-2,000 in GDP per capita per annum if that meant more people able to attend school, university and to see the doctor for free. So, even if DR does overtake CR in terms of GDP per capita, CR would still outperform it in many other important facets (and I think its stats are, for obvious reasons, much more trustworthy than Cuba's too). Also, please explain why Dominicans migrate at about the same rate as Cubans do and much more than Ticos do?
