Bakha's father is surely half Central Asian Irani/Persian. He is very low in Baltic, ca. 6-7% only. I don't know what exactly he is mixed with but he scores too little Baltic and too much East Med for a proper Uzbek/Russian mix.

Aside from shared descent from 5000 years ago, there is some shared descent from Aegean migrations into the Levant and later MENA migrations into Crete. Also, I recall you being from Crete. I also wouldn't be shocked if all Cretans had some Jewish descent today:
https://www.jewishvirtuallibrary.org/creteQuote:
Under the Byzantine emperor Theodosius II (408–50) the Jews of Crete, among others, were severely oppressed. Possibly in consequence of this in 440 they placed their faith in a pseudo-messiah, who claimed to be Moses sent from heaven to lead the Jews of Crete dry shod through the sea back to the Promised Land. Of those who did not drown after jumping from the cliff, most converted to Christianity.
Voskos is the Greek TA user from Crete, I am from Samos, which is an eastern island 1 mile off the coast of Western Turkey, south of Izmir.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Samos
But funnily enough, I read that Samos was one of the main settlements of Romaniote Jews. Could be coincidental but there's no way to know now I would think.

well guessing based on dna test and calculators is pure speculation; i can show you a test where it shows that my father is 50 mongoloid:
https://i.ibb.co/0Fvy8SB/7-B27259-E-...84-D72-E61.png
I am 16.2 Yakut, 7% Chinese and 3,2% ambiguous also must be mongoloid that makes up for around 25% Mongoloid. So my father is 50%. That even makes him a Kyrgyz, not Uzbeki.
Every test i do gives me so different results (see also my DnaLand on previous page) that it would have been better not to even start all this dna testing. Just live calm identifying as half uzbeki and dont care...
Im not sure....i mean, dilawer khan can be wrong about history maybe and stuff( i seen that guy and his posts). But he seems he knows what he's doing. I dont think you maybe should had got this high mong. but i remember he had some explanation about the results from his calcs, like the one with african one.
Maybe its good then....
I'll stop trolling you for a second. Getting G25 coordinates on their own won't help you. You barely know what you're doing when you're looking at Gedmatch. What's clear about your results is that they deviate sufficiently from your known ancestry, though we need to keep random inheritance in mind. Your West Asian (as opposed to East Med) might simply be explained by your "Bukharian Uzbek" background, if that area is sufficiently more Persian than the rest of Uzbekistan. However, your East Med seems oddly high from my recollection. What was it in Eurogenes K13? And please post your K36 again. While it's worthwhile noting that one MENA component can spill over into another in Gedmatch, this does suggest an even higher amount of it for your dad. Now, this may be explained a number of ways. It could be from a more recent Persian/Turkish/Tajik/etc arrival who was more EastMed-shifted. It could be from an Arab. After all, your father is presumably Muslim and every Muslim country has someone claiming descent from Muhammad or a close relative of his. Perhaps some Arabs settled in Bukhara. Now, the two groups that have the relevant proportions of East Med and West Asian that I know of are Assyrians and Mizrachim. The reason to think against such an introgression is because the former is Christian and the latter is Jewish - this would've required a change of religion. And while Mizrachim certainly lived in Bukhara, I don't recall of an Assyrian presence there. None of these explanations are mutually exclusive, and you need to keep them all in mind.
At the very least, you'll need Davidski to specifically help you with this puzzle, as you won't know wtf you're doing with G25; I barely do. However, one thing you should do, if for some reason you haven't done it already, is CHECK YOUR COUSIN MATCHES. And do it carefully. Whenever they're not East Slavic or typically Uzbek, see if you can triangulate them. Note the size of segment, and divide by the double of the total amount of centimorgans that the given site allots for all of your DNA (normally 3.5k). So, if you triangulate a 40cm segment, the % of that ancestry will be estimated as 40/7000.
Best of luck.
Maybe your father was closer to Turkmens

After all, Bukhara province is closer to Turkmenistan than Tajikistan. Southwestern Uzbeks are Oghuz Turkic speakers as far as I'm concerned.

Yes, there is but it's usually lower than in Western Russians. My mother is 5% for example (she is quite "Finnic").
Anyway, it's all kind of pointless to read into, 'cause these components are sometimes assigned quite randomly. Otherwise explain to me why I got 4% East Med on K13 when my parents are like 1% and 2% only. Also I got 45% Baltic and my parents are 50% and 48% respectively. These damn calcs certainly lack mathematic precision to say the least.

^^^^^Highly likely he is bukharan turkmen
This isn't surprising, as Leto essentially ran a gedmatch calc in his head. What this does is confirms that his calculation was pretty damn good, as opposed to making Turkmen ancestry much more likely. Also, Leto suggested that Uzbeks from Bukhara might be closer to Turkmens, as opposed to being actual Turkmens. Ethnicity isn't just genetics. The area might exist on a genetic continuum. However, it is now your job to see if you have Turkmen cousin matches. Unfortunately, I doubt many are in DNA databases, but good luck.
