It just takes the average of a single population and gives you a virtual balance with components, since you never conform exactly to a population average, you may have less/more med, more Baltic, etc.. for your country, mixed mode is a different way to make that kind of balance, unlike 2,3,4 pop which only use 25%/50%. Same thing for 1,2,3 pop really but 1 pop obviously tries to place you somewhere and calculate the drift from the average of this country.
In no way it gives ancestry, unless you know you actually have that kind of family from all over Europe.
