But at the end of the day, these are averages, so your results are not supposed to fit perfectly.
However, I can tell you confidently, that your results make perfect sense for someone who is 3/4 Ukrainian and 1/4 Romanian/Moldovan from that area. They could even pass as 1/2 Ukrainian and 1/2 Moldovan/Romanian and in that area of Ukraine they are not unusual even for people who consider themselves full Ukrainians.
The North Atlantic to Baltic ratio that you touched upon can be random, even within one's family. Both are components characteristic of Northern latitudes in Europe, only that one pulls to the West, and the other to the East. Don't get fixated on that disparity. There are people who have them even in equal amounts. With the sum of your components, that would have been 30 to 30.
