I don't have Bukharan Uzbek results, but it may be similar to those from North Afghanistan I imagine. Uzbeks & Tajiks from North Afghanistan (Kunduz, Balkh) get modeled like a Tajikistan Tajik with some extra East Asian influence and are notably distant to most Uzbeks from Uzbekistan. Also, the genetic difference between Tajiks and Uzbeks (minus some subgroups like Bukharans, etc) is very huge despite the fact that they are neighboring populations.
Since 23andMe didn't include Bukharan Uzbeks in the population references for Central Asian, you scored a lot of West Asian. Also, their Central Asian category looks very weird. They included both Afghanistan and Kazakhstan in it together and just decided to call it a day, despite the fact the two countries have nothing to do with each other. So this probably messed up their algorithm and would have played a big role in you getting a lot of West Asian.
By any chance, do you have the DNA results of someone that is fully Bukhara-Samarkand Uzbek?
