We don't have any autosomal study on Hungarian Conquerors yet (it will come out this year though), but based on their Y-DNA and mtDNA they didn't seem to have carried South Asian haplogroups. South Asian genes in the modern population of the Carpathian Basin might've came with the Romas, Armenians, or who knows who else, because this area was a massive melting pot all its history, given the meeting point of the West and East and the very welcoming policies towards foreigners of the Hungarian state.
