It's not possible to really translate "East Med" into one specific group. From what I've been able to discern, I think it's Lebanese/coastal Syrian (possibly part of the Med Sea coastline in Turkey, not sure about this last one). Typically groups with the highest East Med scores tend to be Lebanese and Cypriots, I believe, although for the EUTest it seems to be Samaritans or Druze if the spreadsheet is correct. Other groups that seem to have high scores on the EUTest are Greeks, Turks, Armenians, Iranians, Iraqis, and Armenians. Different calculators will show different amounts of East Med for different ethnicities/nationalities, as it depends on the breakdown of other thngs (West Asian, Middle Eastern, Near Eastern, etc.), so it's hard to generalize too much from one calculator.
