What do you mean by this? Mainland Ukraine has almost no indigenous (i.e. historical) Tatar communities. Only Crimea does which is not exactly Ukraine (not just now but in general). And "Russian Tatars" (if you mean the principal group that identifies as 'Tatars' in modern Russia) are autosomally whiter than Crimean Tatars (except certain outliers of course). They are ca. 20% Mongoloid (Mishar Tatars (West of Kazan) may be as low as 15%) and score 30-35% Baltic which is higher than most ethnic Romanians.
