There isn't. Central Swedes (except dalmasar, perhaps, but it would be very minor) and Southern Swedes don't have Lapp blood. There is Finnish influence in Central Sweden, but not any Lapp.

Germany is not Scandinavia at all! Though there many North Germans who might look like southern Scandinavians, especially Danes!
Probably only Northern Germany.

Germany is not part of Scandinavia, though borders a Scandinavian nation (Denmark). Culturally, because they are Germanic people, Germans share similarities with Scandinavians but are still distinct enough culturally from Scandinavians. In terms of genetical make-up, Germans are mainly a Western & Central European from Hunter-Gatherers with a strong Eastern European emphasis. Southern European genes were introduced in Central Europe about 10,000 years by a bunch of intelligent agriculturalists from the Fertile Crescent (Middle East). Scandinavian and Great Britain genetic component are signs of recent mixing.
The German Genome Biogeographic make-up: 42% (Western and Central Europe) + 16% (Eastern Europe) + 14% (Scandinavia) + 11% (Great Britain & Ireland) + 6% (Finland and Northern Siberia) + 6% (Southern Europe) + 5% (Jewish Diaspora)
Schleswig-Holstein was part of the Danish crown or kingdom.
