Officials were never "consumating anything". It was right of feudal lord. And feudal lords were locals. Anyway, Ius primae noctis did not exist in Ottoman legal system (You really tought Ottomans were Latin speaking population).

Anyway, Serbs and Bosniaks have same paternal DNA haplogroups, so sodd off. Turkish Y-DNA is verry different. :laugh:

I share with several other Balkaners and none managed to be 100% (though some were close enough with 99.9% and some a lot less). So here is Hrulj, Hoca Turkish historian team :laugh:

Back in Kosovo the local rulers were primarily Albanian or Serbian muslims. There were Turks but I never heard such a barbaric policy as they could themself to women on their marriage night. What is funny is I see Hrulj in other threads saying things like how tolerant Ottomans were, and never forced Islam on anyone but then see him make comments like that :laugh: Back in those times, if woman was raped she'd probably be killed and rebellion would happen as account of Pasha who thought he had right to another woman.

I know that if Serbian girl was raped and get pregnant by Turk back in that time, the custom was to throw the baby in the river. Nasty custom, but those were the nasty times..
