Pan-Turanism, like any other ethnocentric groups, is a myth based on lies and hate. Iranian peoples had nothing to do with Turkic peoples, and really, its the Iranians were the ones who had greatly influenced Turkic peoples in their culture and etc rather than vice versa. The only difference is that turks have few percentage more east asian admixture but is is very low and some turks have no.
