I think this guy is from southeast Serbia. His surname is Ljubenovic which peaks in SE Serbia (his first name is Ivan if it means anything).

The Aleksandar Bilanovic on 23andMe is from Duvno but lives in Serbia. That guy in the vid is not him as this Aleks is much, much younger. He and I have communicated as we're distantly, distantly related on that site.
