The Assyrian and Armenian Dodecad v3 portraits joined as one. Look to me like the southern and northern varieties of peoples of a very similar stock. The Y-DNA and mtDNA data tells the same story.

I am not sure if a similar calculation has been previously performed. It is the v3 average for nearly all European Dodecad IE populations. I also included reference data populations, where Dodecad populations did not exist. There appears to be decent coverage of the IE European world, but certainly not ideal. I did not include a few populations in an effort to avoid over-representation of any one group of IE Europeans of too similar a principal stock.

I've gotten a lot of requests for a RMSD calculator for the latest run of the Dodecad Project, so here it is. It is not as aesthetically pleasing as the spreadsheets I made for the Eurogenes Project, but it gets the job done. I actually just used Deinekes' spreadsheet as the template, since it made the process much easier.
Anyways, you wlll need to use OpenOffice to utilize this spreadsheet. Once opened, scroll to the right and place your values in cells R2 through AC2. After that, you will find your numerical RMSD from each population in cells through AS3 through AS146. There is a chart included, but it is HUGE and I didn't feel like piecing screenshots together to attach one to this post.
By far the best tool of that kind so far.

I tested it with the data of some people which revealed their ancestry and it works perfectly, even the slightest differences by distance make sense in the results in most of the cases.

Not of Slovenian ancestry but do have Southern German and Austrian and that seems to dominate. For the second set of data not Hungarian but the allele frequencies put me there in Polako's old map. Interesting though that it chose Irish, English and Scot as the second choice where I have paper and dna ancestry.
