I am Eastern European, Slavic and Orthodox Christian - these are my identities. My father is Belorussian plus some Polish and Russian and my mother is Russian. We have no known non-Slavic ancestors. I have never claimed to have something to do with Turkey, India or Iran. You are attacking me and my ethnic background (what do Russian women or Putin have to do with ancient history?) only because I said the Bronze Age Indo-Iranians were closer to modern Europeans than to modern Persians or Kurds. I only say this because of the DNA samples I've seen, not because I'm trying to appropriate someone else's history or heritage.

Russians in Central Asia are all recent migrants (after the 1860s and especially after 1917 and 1945) or descendants of such migrants. Maybe except Kazakhstan which was largely founded by Russians as the Kazakhs were a nomadic culture and didn't live in cities and didn't rely on agriculture. As you probably know, in Muslim cultures it is the male lineage that counts, so in a marriage between a Muslim man and non-Muslim woman the children will be automatically considred Muslim and raised in the father's culture.

Yes, it's so. But nowadays some children of non-Muslim woman & Muslim man couples are non-Muslim. Though those Muslim men are not that religious, it's quite normal...

Let be serious there are no Aryans today. And i am not talking about genetics here. Modern day Indo-Iranians are either Muslims, Hindu and in rare cases Orthodox (Ossetians). Yazidism as a syncretic religion has also only few similarities with the religion of ancient Aryans. Hinduism is even more distant from ancient Aryans but probably some cults (Brahmanism) preserved at least some rituals of Aryans. Modern day Indo-Iranians are the descendants of Aryans but they already have many other influences and their identities developed much later.

Well, I think in Turkey in particular they are still raised as Turks first and foremost. With Turkish language and culture and self-identification.

Other than that, I agree this Aryanism shouldn't be a thing at all as it's neither an ethnicity, nor a culture. What do Nepali Buddhists, Ossetians and Persians have in common?

She should do a DNA test. I would guess she is 13-15% mongoloid if she is 25% Uzbek (Uzbeks are 30-40% mongoloid from what I've seen) and 25% Russian.

I thought the same too! Also Uzbeks have 38% Mongoloid on average. But it can vary from 25% to 55%

I'd want her to do a DNA test too but it seems she is not interested in such things, unfortunately...

But I saw her grandpa's and grandma's photo and the grandma looked a bit too Mongoloid for an Uzbek. Also her mother looks like typical Aegean(Western) Turkish woman. Her father looks like he has too much Anatolian or Iranian vibe, also looks like one of the seniors of my school who's from Gümüşhane, Northeastern Turkey. Even her mother looks more Turkish than her father... (I'm not joking)

It’s great that someone took the time to do a spreadsheet for various Turkey provinces. I myself have been always curious because us northern Iraqi Kurds get alot of DNA matches with various Turkey provinces from central to east Turkey and we don’t have any idea what type of people live in those provinces but now we can refer to the spreadsheet to have an idea but just to let you know not to take too literally the mongoloid percentages from Dodecad K 12 or any other Gedmatch calculator because they have too many other components that hide mongoloid Ancestry . They are still ok but not 100% accurate

For example those people who score alot of Caucasian or Gedrosian will show less mongoloid than those who don’t because all percentages have to add up to 100%. For true mongoloid percent single population sharing like some companies offer is best

They seem to score even higher South Asian than Muslim Persians. You can post your thoughts in that thread, I asked Litvinski to add HarappaWorld or Dodecad as they're more accurate for West and South Asians than Eurogenes.
