How do you get these individual G25 coordinates?

too many averages. Do we really need this many?
What's the relevancy in telling if you are closer to Zanjan or Tabriz? It will change from individual to individual
(Just my two cents)
Also some of them are too low sample size to have any significance (Kurd Urmia, Kermanshah, Azeri Zanjan etc..)
Still nice to see them
I only got the Sample ID locations / provinces from Iranome (via email) not sure about the actual raw Data. Individual samples are from Anthrogenica. By the way, since Kyp suggested, keep the individual samples but only upload this combined Iranian_Azeri average to prevent clutteringCode:Iranian_Azeri,0.0917225,0.083781,-0.0516026,-0.0336997,-0.0382378,-0.0049154,0.0035448,-0.0028461,-0.0277726,-0.0095141,-0.0005615,-0.0003186,0.0027253,-0.0012442,0.0002149,0.0071211,0.0013691,0.0004224,0.0012045,-0.0050701,-0.0011438,-0.00288,-0.0017922,-0.0023094,0.0022802
Deleted for idiot.
erased by haste :)
deleted due to not checking the samples
Deleted because my Alzheilmer affected me in a bad way.:p
I order you to forget everything !!!
Is it an average of all Spanish regions, do you think it looks realistic? I'm surprised how big the distance is to Portuguese, I always thought all Iberian regions are pretty close to each other.

Before insulting you can simply indicate me those samples affected and I gently will remove from the averages.
I was so excited to have so many samples that I started to use them without checking them, thinking that they would already be corrected, so I humbly acknowledge my mistake.
So sorry all.
You dislike me whatever I do or I say, and you let me know clearly through reputation messages and PM, without any kind of previous provocation.
As for the second, you should know that it is only a joke, and this has no intention of disrespecting anyone, not like others, which is the only thing they know how to do.
And yes, your text was an insult:

In any case, I like Slavs in general, regardless of whether someone dislikes me, as is apparently your case.
I will continue doing what I see fit to do, and always honestly and sincerely, something that you are incapable of doing. I may make unintentional mistakes from time to time, but what I will not do is manipulate and deceive.
See you later Leto, and have a good day.
Ok now I understand from what dataset were those Iran regional samples, ok I had them too. So as I am in good mood I will add all recent updates now:)
Perfect, so you can sift correct samples and average the IBS, FIN, CEU, GBR, TSI components yourself, and add them to the datasheet.
Those components and all the others that come in the page that I showed, are usually used in scientific studies, to determine origins of the samples in a "diffuse" way.
Of course, if it's okay with you to do it, and if Leto allows you to do it.:wink
You choose.
yes, ok :) added

Hi Lucas, the BAM files for Catalhoyuk and Ashiklytepe are now available: https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ena/browser/vi...794?show=reads
Can you generate the scaled G25 codes now?
3 are already on Global25
