Voy a ver si a los franceses les parece bien tu propuesta, mi idea era de hacer zonas cercanas genéticamente, no simplemente por zonas geograficas.
Lo de seguir ese mapa, con las referencias que hay no tiene sentido, porque Auvergne según el mapa es "cluster Francés único" y su average es tirando claramente a Ibérico.

Gedmatch no tiene G25, pero en vahaduo si haces tus coordenadas con el calculador de gedmatch adecuado(k13, k15, hay unos cuantos), te puede dar unas cuantas estimaciones.

las coordenadas de cada calculador para meter en vahaduo se hacen con tu nombre después una coma y después los porcentajes (notación decimal americana con enteros y decimales separados con un punto) en orden separados por comas también.
metes eso en "target" y luego vas a single, y le das al boton con tu nombre y el resultado por defecto es sin distancias, luego puedes jugar con el ADD DIST COL: y poner 0.25X 0.5x etc, así como ir a "distances" y ver la distancia con cada referencia de "sources".

That guy xavier from the other forum is from the north and he has more samples of his family members. I'm sure Ruderico has those samples because he is always making charts.
As for the samples they are all very similar so it will be difficult to split them into an hypothetical north and south:

We can use for it the same base that model type "are you closer to A or B", comparing them with 2 distant populations, one North and another one South, for example irish for North and Moroccans for South, and just catch the samples that are not extremelly close, for not to choose outlier-like individuals, for being extremelly Northern or extremelly Southern shifted.
Or comparing them with Galicians or Canarians, to choose closer references , or any other that could work.
