No, for Roma I put them in mixed after it surpasses 4%. This person is between 1/8 and more distant, so not that relevant.

Turkic admixture is recent in some Europeans, 600-1500 years, and can affect very much the look of some European populations. Finno-Ugric one is more balanced, because the Mongoloid component is old, from Paleolithic. Slavs who assimilated Finno-Ugric populations show such traits, but are not so screaming, plus they are not swarthy. Turkic admixture most of time produce swarthy wogish look.
