Distribution of haplogroups in selected regions
http://www.genebaze.cz/ydna//mapaHGallregiony.png
Southern Bohemia and Vysočina regions have higher frequency of R1b haplogroup.
Almost 3/4 results of Eastern Bohemia is represented by R1a and R1b halogroups.
At Zlín region (Eastern Moravia) dominates R1a a I2.
Olomouc region (Central Moravia) has much lower I2 results than another regions, but one has the highest frequency of G2 haplogroup.
Mahnolio!!! Where are you? Czechlands under attack!!
Very interesting. Are there any stats about DF27 subclade of R1b?
Their R1b is half U106, then everything else.

It depends which study you use. In Myres et al. 2010 it was mostly P312:
http://www.nature.com/ejhg/journal/v...g2010146a.html
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3039512/
This data is from Myres 2010 for Czech Republic (sample size = 87):
L23(xM412) -------------- 0,057 (= 5,7%)
U106(xU198) ----------- 0,057 (= 5,7%)
S116*(xM529xU152) ---- 0,057 (= 5,7%)
U152 ---------------------- 0,034 (= 3,4%)
M529(xM222) ------------ 0,011 (= 1,1%)
R1b-M269 all ------------- 0,218 (= 21,8%)
Note that there is 5,7% of Non-M412 (Haplotype 35 / Eastern R1b):
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Haplotype_35
No. L23(xM412) is Eastern R1b. It is not even L51+ (M412 and L51 is the same thing).
L23(xM412) is probably mostly Z2103, but it can be also xZ2103 (at least some of it).
BTW, here are my estimates about R1b subclades in Poland:

Not enough I1 in czehia. I can fix that.
Some part of Czech and Polish R1b belongs to Eastern L23/Z2103 branch:

On this forum for example user Silesian has R1b-Z2103->BY593 (V2986):

One of Early Sarmatians (500-200 BC) belonged to R1b-Z2103->Y21707:

How common is R1b-Z2103 and L23(xL51) in Austria?:
http://www.eupedia.com/europe/Haplog...reco-Anatolian
According to Eupedia, even in Czech Rep. it is below 5%.
But according to Myres et al. 2010 it is 6% in Czech Rep.:

R1b-Z2103->Y5587 is so called "Eastern European Type":
https://www.yfull.com/tree/R-Y5587/
Early Indo-Europeans brought it there from the Steppe:

Since Haak et al. 2016 I don't see any serious reason to justify the persistent old-fashioned theory of a dual IE origin of R1a and R1b individuals among Yamna men anymore. A theory solely based on forum talks, not more. R1a moved east, R1b moved west, 2 totally different cultures and ethnic makeup.

Anyone got PCA plots with chech samples?
Idk if there is any sense in responding you, but, below you have an
area settled by IEs during Yamna period - and places where yamna
samples were taken. As you can see, there is a much more palces
where IEs lived at the time, than those probes.
Blue - IE territory before corded expansion
Green - corded mainly R1a expansion
Red dots - checked yamna samples.
