Brand new AncestryDNA customer here...my results are pretty damn good looking at this point right now...Will update with images from imgur, but such would be a chore with this phone at the moment...so my wee breakdown..

Paper trail ancestry: 1/3 or so German (predom. Pomeranian and Mecklenburgisch, minor Swabian). 1/4 Polish (Poles from NW Belarus), 1/4 Danish (1/4 Danish from Zealand, Jutland, possibly elsewhere..minor North German Holsteiners admixed in). 1/16-1/8 or so British/Irish (not fully fleshed out, seems mostly Irish Catholic)...1/32 Ashkenazi

Thanks, Grace! I find it interesting how so many DNA services have specified Munster Irish ancestry for my father and now, myself. What’s eerie is my paternal grandmother had an incredibly Munster-associated adopted name too.

I was thinking about the mid-point/subtraction K13 I had created for you once upon a time, the method for which assumes that one plots exactly between the parents. Well I went and found your mom and dad's numbers in the spreadsheet, and here is the reality:

You are more or less between your parents, a little closer to your dad, so my estimation for you was not too far off!
