An incubus (nominal form constructed from the Latin verb, incubo, incubare, or "to lie upon") is a demon in male form who, according to a number of mythological and legendary traditions, lies upon sleepers, especially women, in order to have intercourse with them. Its female counterpart is the succubus.

Im not sure, but i think online porn is something similar. It sucks out your life energy. Once i watched a porn, and than my computer went slower for some reason and the video went slower and i could see a pentagramm popping up. I felt pretty bad after that.

The more plausible explanation to the Incubus/Succubus is that the person who believes to have had this experience suffers from sleep paralysis.

This could explain stories of alien abductions as well.

From the very beginning it was a fable about sleep paralysis. It was basically a ripoff story of one of Ishtar's sacred harlot's...Nintar I think her name was. The story was taken by medieveal christians from sumerian mythology and used to explain sleep paralysis.

Actually I remember one person was saying thay he stayed at a friends haunted house and felt like something was touching him.. and it was so other worldly and felt good... the next day the friend said that he can ask the ghost to go with him so he did ask.. but the ghost didnt give him sex again and started doing shit to him instead.

This happens when the body begins to enter or leave REM sleep. Body immobilized + brain inbetween wakefulness and sleep = weird things happen which're mistaken as apparations and the like. It happened to me a few times when I was a teen and the experience is unsettling and convincing to say the least.
