The SE Euro countries haven't actually made the bid yet anyways, they're just considering it. Don't think they will end up going for it. The UK is another probable location. Both of these will be very tough to beat and bidding would be a waste of time and money.

Not very likely to happen, in my opinion.

They need some bigger country, say Russia, to actually rent the stadiums as this group of 4 can't guarantee the standards of such a competition even if they start to build new stadiums straight away.

Greece already has the infrastructure due to the Athens olympics. Belgrade, Sofia and Bucharest just need one new stadium each and it can be done.

Brazil and South Africa could do it. Why not 4 Balkan countries.
