Why are Germanic people more hardworking and more honest compared to many Eastern Europeans?

Why are Germanic people more hardworking, more honest and more disciplined compared to many Eastern Europeans? Discuss please.

Because eastern europeans lived under mongol occupation and they adopted this primitive half asian steppe mentality.

I don't know, i haven't met much of them but when i worked in a hotel as a waitress for 2 years, my co-worker was a very kind (and strict) 60 year old woman from Berlin. We worked a lot together (we were almost always grouped together.) and she was very very very responsible and very detail oriented. She was literally the only one with a hard-working bone in her body which i truthfully really appreciated. So i'll assume yes.
They can be a bit strict but in a good way always. I really appreciated them after that!

I'm praying this devolves into a Germans vs Slavs debate

Because Germanic people are clearly less intelligent.

Just read the entire thread title. Well, i haven't met anyone Slavic to work with so i can't really say. (my mom is though, if she wants.)

Slavs are not same, for example czechs and russians have very different mentality and life style. The problem is the primitive cultures (mongol, ottoman) invaded the advanced european areas and they pushed their mentality to locals, that happened in Balkans and East Europe. I'm not say these peoples are primitive but they opressors were. Balkans had very advanced greco-byzantine culture until ottomans destroyed them in the name of Allah and this primitive muslim culture was forced on them. Balkans were very rich area in roman times, and became poor region under ottomans.

I have only good experiences with Slavs, but then again I haven't met many where I'm from.
