Yes, its true, but to be honest I dont see the possibility of a change in this subject in the near future in case of HU. Besides many others income taxes are very high compared to many european countries, % of population with income is quickly decreasing (gypsy problem is a part of this bc their number is doubled in the last 30 yrs up to ~1 million and they are the poorest and therefore most undereducated in general).
There is a funny saying here 'The second biggest hungarian city is London'...and there is no wonder :)

Most Hungarians left Hungary during rule of socialist Gyurcsány, who brought country on brink of bankruptcy.

Anyway, it is notable how many ISIS supporters and members have come from Brussels. My impression is that North Africans in Belgium tend to be even more alienated, poor and prone to extremism than their counterparts in France.

I would not link the phenomenon to just one government though, I think its the result of many factors and moves that occurred since the end of the socialist era.
