Well anything that violates another persons right to consent is illegal. I've seen that there is porn in which women have sex with dogs, and they even had oral sex with them. I dont know if it is illegal in most of europe. But how would one resolve such an ethical issue ? I mean it looked like it was consensual from both parties, as disturbing as this sounds. There is no ethical issue. An animal can't consent to sex. Whether an act is consensual is dependent on whether both parties agree. An animal can't agree to sex.

Even if the dog appears to be enjoying sex with the human (dogs enjoy humping anything; even female dogs hump.) they're not in a position to consent. If we consider a 15-year-old having sex with an adult statutory rape because they're not old enough to consent even if they enjoy it, then obviously fucking an animal isn't going to be acceptable.

If a woman covers her vagina with something the dog likes to eat, then obviously it's going to lick her vagina. The dog is just doing what it normally does when it's given a treat but it's animal abuse because the woman is using the dog for her own sexual gratification.

Consent "permission for something to happen or agreement to do something." If the animal finds itself in an situation which it finds pleasurable and doesnt refuse to take part in the activity, you could indeed see this as a form of agreement. The dogs intellectual inability renders him unable to consent according to you, but that isnt true. If you pet a dog and he doesnt react aggressively towards you, he obviously "consents" to being petted and probably also enjoys it. Yet if he doesnt, he may just move away or bite you.
We dont care about animal consent when we slaughter them do we ? Comparing a 15 year old, to an dog ist also a bit inapt.

Some have. Milo Yiannopoulos was molested as a child. He said he was glad to have sex with the priest who molested him. He said this on the Joe Rogan podcast. It pretty much ended his career.

There are also girls who have been involved in relationships with men that later regret it because they were too young to realize the psychological and emotional damage it caused. They didn't realize until later how much of a negative impact it has had on them.
