I personally like most kinds of lettuce salads. Especially when they have some fruits and nuts in it, like with pineapple or simply apple it's fine for me.
The salad I usually eat is made of lettuce, cherry tomato, onion, tuna and boiled egg, adding salt, oil and vinegar (sometimes with grated carrot or avocado)

8 Kanikama sticks
1 can of palm hearts
1 celery
1 green apple (Sometimes)
1 avocado
1 lime (zest and juice)
Olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
I love salads and I am quite creative at making them.
My main daily one consists of lamb lettuce, some raw spinach, thinely cut cucumber, half a tomato, horse radish, red onion, a very small amount of basil, some sort of white cheese (brie, cottage cheese etc), vinegraitte dressing. Some days i add some red cabbage as well.
Romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese for the proteins, some olive oil, a small, preferably red onion or shallots.
Nothing fancy.
I'm obsessed with my chickpea salads, I add a can of chickpeas (about 400g), tomatoes, red onions, diced cucumber, feta and fresh herbs (usually parsley and mint). I also add a generous amount of olive oil, white wine vinegar, and fresh lemon juice. It's amazing and tastes good with anything.
I hate salads and vegetables in general.
With lots of garlic in them. I hardly ever make anything without adding garlic.
