Do you know some dead language?

I read fluently Church-Slavonic and understand it in 90+%.
In addition, I read it trying to follow original Old Slavic orthography,
not this which is written and mostly read by orthodoxes, what sounds
more like southslavic crossed with polish... more like polish actually...


I always wanted to learn latin, I tried even years ago, but there
was never much time for that and motivation. Maybe one day...
But I know many words, many frazes, and can read sometimes
simple sentences which have common known vocabulary...

Also tried with old greek, but it feiled much more. I know
only some words (maybe couple dozens...?) and alphabet.

I know couple of words from prussian and yotvingian,
and read some time ago about gothic, maybe even I
can remember some words, who knows... :laugh:

Aaa... and few hebrew words I know also :p

Some Latin, at high school level, I was a bit eased in studying it because of the vocabulary similarity between Latin and Sardinian.

My family knows archaic Greek. The oldest dialect survived. Pontiaka
